Full-time position (38 hours per week, including weekends), consideration of a Part-Time Supervisor may be considered (30 hours per week, including weekend).

Your Key Responsibilities:

Train, mentor, and lead new team members.

Deliver outstanding guest experiences, ensuring all interactions exceed expectations.

Manage daily guest service operations in collaboration with the Guest Services Manager, including check-ins/outs, billing, and special requests.

Oversee administrative functions, handle guest inquiries, and resolve complaints effectively.

Coordinate with suppliers and contractors as needed.

Uphold safety standards for team members and initiate emergency responses when required.

Assist with additional tasks as directed by management within your skillset.

About You:

Relevant prior experience in a similar role is essential.

A current QLD Blue Card and First Aid/CPR certifications are advantageous.

Relevant qualifications in Hospitality, Leadership, or Management (e.g., Cert III/Diploma) are highly regarded.

A passion for delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and top-tier customer service.

Ability to excel under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Strong organisational, written, and verbal communication skills.

A proactive team player with exceptional personal presentation.

Flexibility to work 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays as required.
