About the role

Due to sustained growth we are seeking a Senior Structural Design Engineer looking to take the next step in their career. We are looking for someone who can run projects autonomously, who can design and project manage without too much hand holding.

You will ultimately take the lead on projects. We are ideally looking for someone with 7-10 years + of experience, with a signifcant amount of that spent on similar projects.

The projects are typically high-end bespoke houses, which comes with a variety of complexities.

About the candidate

Ideally you will have:

• At least 7-10 years + of Structural Design Engineering experience, with a significant amount of this locally
• Bespoke Residential / Low-Rise Residential projects experience is essential
• Degree qualified
• Excellent communication skills including report writing
• Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards & Council design standards
• Demonstrated understanding of Engineering codes, construction standards, specs, procedures and construction techniques
• Full Australian Working Rights
