ABOUT THE POSITION.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Structural Engineer to join a highly dynamic team environment in Sydney. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from concept through to completion, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with all relevant standards and regulations. You will design and manage structural projects including residential, commercial, education and retail projects. In addition, you will also be conducting site inspections and completing reports.

DUTIES.

• Develop and analyse structural designs for building structures using software such as Inducta, RAPT, RAM Concept, ETABs, Space Gass or similar
• Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural solutions into overall project designs
• Prepare detailed technical reports, calculations, and documentation for project approvals and compliance purposes
• Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or a related field
• Vast post-graduate experience in structural engineering, preferably within the Australian market
• Proficient in structural design software such as RAPT, ETABS, RAM Concept, SPACE GASS, Inducta or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong understanding of Australian Standards and building codes
