Wonderful opportunity to take on a challenging part time role with a friendly company and work as part of a close, supportive finance team.

Working 15 to 18 hours a week over 3 days and reporting to the Finance Manager, the role covers:

Processing fortnightly payroll

Assisting in the preparation of financial reports including profit and loss and balance sheet

Budgeting

Bank reconciliations

Cashflow management

Fixed asset management

BAS reporting

Preparation of monthly and annual accounts

Management of Workcover claims

Assisting with accounts payable and receivable

Requirements include:

Minimum 3 years experience in an Assistant Accountant/Accountant role with a small to medium sized private company

Strong payroll experience

Strong Excel skills

Happy to work as part of a small team

A positive, flexible, friendly attitude
