This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Accountant to take ownership of key financial tasks and grow with a business that values initiative, development, and long-term career progression.

$75,000-$80,000 + super

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

General ledger maintenance, including journal entries and account reconciliations

Month-end responsibilities and preparation of management reports

Debits, credits, and transactional support

Assisting with accounts payable processes during a team restructure

Liaising with AP officers, finance staff, and business stakeholders

Working within a fast-paced environment amid systems and team upgrades

SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar Assistant Accountant role

Ideally working towards CA or CPA qualification

Strong understanding of core accounting principles

Comfortable balancing transactional and financial accounting tasks

Netsuite experience is highly desirable

Self-sufficient, proactive, and keen to develop professionally

Positive team player who fits into a young, driven finance team
