Motorbiz has a rewarding career opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper who can also take on the role of Officer Administrator to join our Boutique Automotive Dealership in Moorabbin.

Your focus is to maintain and process all bookkeeping and administrative functions for pre-owned vehicles for the dealership. This position will see you utilise your extensive bookkeeping skills, excellent organisational and communication skills and all round office administration capabilities.

Duties: (Include but are not limited to)

Daily Processing of AP/AR.

Banking and Credit Card Reconciliations.

End to End processing of Payroll through XERO.

Payroll, SGC and BAS preparation.

Profit and Loss and Cash Flow Reporting.

Liaise with customers and suppliers via telephone.

Maintain information relating to vehicle sales and registrations.

Support general office administration.

Support and liaise with the MD directly.

VicRoads Registration, Duty and Transfer Processing (Training Provided)

Skills & Expertise:

Experience within the Automotive Industry is preferred.

Extensive bookkeeping experience (Minimum 5 years and XERO EXPERIENCE A MUST)

Adept in Excel, Word and Outlook.

Possess highly developed verbal and written communication skills.

The successful applicant will be required to obtain a Police Check to access the VicRoads Portal.
