Key Responsibilities May Include:

Managing accounts payable and receivable.

Processing invoices and payments.

Bank reconciliations.

Weekly Payroll processing.

Liaising with external accountants and auditors.

General administrative and bookkeeping tasks as required.

About You:

Proven experience as a Bookkeeper (preferably 5+ years).

Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and practices.

Proficiency in accounting software (experience with Xero required).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills.

Experience within the construction industry would be advantageous but not essential.
