We're looking for a Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join our team and champion a proactive, people-focused approach to health, safety, and wellbeing across our organisation.

As our new Safety and Wellbeing Advisor, you'll work closely with teams across all business units to provide expert OH&S guidance and foster a culture where safety, inclusion, and wellbeing are at the core of everything we do. You'll play a key role in embedding risk management strategies, supporting compliance, and leading innovative safety and wellbeing initiatives that genuinely make a difference.

You'll be part an exceptional Safety and Wellbeing team working across various departments with various safety requirements – and you'll use your skills and experience to make a positive safety change

What you'll bring/what we are looking for

  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Risk Management and/or acceptable equivalent, plus demonstrated experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence a broad range of internal stakeholders
  • Ability to build awareness, capability and engagement around safety in order to establish a sustainable, ingrained positive safety culture.
  • Experience in the delivery of Safety technical advice, to minimise risk across a diverse workforce
  • Ability to undertake Incident Investigations.

Pre-employment requirements

  • Current Victorian Drivers Licence
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC) (Previously known as a police check)
  • Working With Children's Check
