About the Role
The vision for safety is a workplace where every team member can thrive—physically and psychologically—every day. As the Health, Safety & Wellbeing Lead, you will champion this vision, driving a strong culture of care, compliance, and continuous improvement.

About You
Acting as a trusted advisor to the leadership team, you’ll provide expert guidance to embed safe work practices, meet regulatory obligations, and enhance wellbeing across all sites. This role is both strategic and hands-on, empowering teams to proactively identify risks, prevent harm, and support a thriving safety culture through practical, people-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a proactive safety culture that values physical and psychosocial wellbeing.
• Partner with leaders to embed safe work practices and drive compliance.
• Oversee a robust and evolving health and safety management system.
• Identify and manage critical risks, supporting implementation of effective controls.
• Report on health, safety, and wellbeing metrics to support informed decision-making.
• Manage injury recovery processes and enable successful return-to-work outcomes.
• Lead investigations of significant incidents and oversee corrective actions.
• Promote awareness of safety obligations and best practices across all levels.
• Liaise with regulators regarding compliance and incident reporting.
• Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments to support continuous improvement.
• Monitor and analyse OHS data, preparing reports for senior leadership.
• Coordinate the Occupational Health & Safety Committee and related activities.
