About the role

Cenitex is looking for a Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to provide best practice Occupational Health and Safety (OHS), Early Intervention and Return to Work solutions, delivering actions against the current framework to support the management of work and non-work related injuries and support the management of Return-to-Work Programs. The role will further assist in identifying and addressing psychosocial hazards

Job Requirements:

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the application of, and compliance with, OHS legislation
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and implement early intervention and return to work programs in a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated experience in the practice of incident tracking, reporting and analysis.
  • Ability to build and develop strong, open and productive relationships with employees and leaders, enabling the role to act as a key advisor

Successful applicant will have the opportunity to:

  • Build advocacy and drive ongoing cultural change while promoting Cenitex's approach to OHS and Wellbeing
  • Provide advice on relevant legislation, standards and industry best practice to leaders and employees
  • Work through issues to effectively identify early intervention opportunities, and implement measures to ensure effective and timely Return to Work practices
