Established in 1986, H&D Electrical is an award-winning Electrical Contractor, employing 30 talented team members across Brisbane and Rockhampton to provide Electrical, HVAC, EV-charging and Generator services to some of the country's largest Facilities Management, Government, Schools and commercial organisations. We are located in Kelvin Grove, hours are 7.30-4pm Mon-Thurs with a half day Friday.

As our Service Co-ordinator you will play an important role in managing client communication and scheduling work. You are central support and enjoy being across all the decision making. We partner with our clients to provide the best technical service, from routine maintenance to emergency backup systems.

With us, you will gain valuable experience in client management and reporting, scheduling and planning and but also make a real impact on the businesses and properties you support. Your confident communication style and ability to create a solid working relationship with Facility Managers, tenants and employees will develop your account management skills.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive, organised, unflappable Service Coordinator to work as part of a team. You will play a pivotal role overseeing the Brisbane team, as well as managing a couple of major contracts scheduling preventative maintenance and reactive works.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end to end scheduling and job allocation of electricians

Client and Technician communications

Job compliance and documentation

System management - we use AroFlo

Quoting, Invoicing and Financial Management of jobs

The Successful Candidate will have:

Previous experience in service coordination of a large team of trades.

Strong problem-solving skills

Commitment to working in the office 5 days per week.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a great attitude.

Pro-active, self-sufficient, and highly organised with the ability to juggle many balls in the air

AroFlo or Simpro experience (preferred) and a guru on Microsoft Office and Xero (again preferred)
