Organisational Change Manager
About the role

Emanate Technology is partnering with a large state government department who is seeking experienced Organisational Change Managers to join their team on a full-time and part-time temporary basis. You will be responsible for leading organisational change initiatives within the ICT Branch, on one of two key projects: the modernisation of the department's platform to a cloud-based solution and the enhancement of the current provisioning solution through ServiceNow Integration Hub.

What you will be doing

• Leading the development, implementation, monitoring, and review of organisational change initiatives.
• Planning, leading, and tracking engagement with program/project stakeholders.
• Collaborating with program/project managers and business executives to achieve desired business outcomes.
• Developing and reviewing organisational change plans, including benefits, communications, business readiness, training, and business transition.
• Consulting with senior and executive stakeholders to define business changes.
• Undertaking project management tasks related to organisational change.
• Conducting assurance, evaluation, review, and lessons learned activities.
• Participating in project and working groups to represent stakeholder interests and organisational change strategies.
• Researching, analysing, and preparing complex briefs, reports, and policy responses.

What you need to bring

• Experience in planning and managing organisational change in large, politically charged organisations.
• Experience in leading and managing complex ICT-enabled organisational change using recognised methodologies.
• Ability to work and lead a team in a collaborative environment.
• High-level written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Change management certification with a recognised professional body (e.g., Prosci).
• Queensland State Government experience highly desirable.
