This is an opportunity to assist with hardware troubleshooting on a short term part-time assignment for an education based provider.

The Role
Please note, you must have a valid WWCC for this assignment which is an employer based WWCC (not voluntary).

You will be assisting users with hardware based troubleshooting over the course of multiple days helping with PC issues, troubleshooting hardware and audio devices.

Working hours will be between 8am-12pm or 8am-3pm.

Your Profile
You are a clear communicator, quick thinker, highly adaptable and you have a natural flair for solving problems. You enjoy the customer service requirements within IT and are a personable and approachable IT professional.
