Role: PC Deployment Technician

Location: Melbourne

Short-term Projects

We are seeking enthusiastic, self-motivated PC Deployment Technicians to provide excellence in client relationship management and leading-edge technical support both individually and in collaboration with teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Mix installation - Standalone Desktops, All in One PCs and Laptops
• Move devices from allocated storage rooms to desk - secure
• Dismantle old units
• Unbox and setup devices
• Test Device: Power and Boot
• Power On to test Boot of device and configure as per work instructions
• Place empty boxes back into storage spaces for collection
• Cabling connectivity: power and network
• Reporting - Faulty devices, Asset Register, obtain sign off

Skills/Experience

• Experience with installation of hardware and software Pc, laptops & desktops
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to follow processes with high attention to detail
• Be proactive with a can-do attitude at all times
• Australian Drivers Licence and reliable car
