Are you ready to be the engine that keeps a high-performing sales department running smoothly? Reporting directly to our General Sales Manager, this pivotal role is your chance to be at the heart of customer service and operational coordination in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
You’ll be the go-to person for organising seamless customer deliveries and assisting the Sales Manager with key in-house tasks—all while keeping communication flowing across internal departments.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
- Must have QT accreditation.
- Experience with vehicle acquisitions and cancellations.
- Understanding or exposure to automotive sales paperwork.
- Strong communication skills paired with solid computer literacy.
- A valid driver’s license (because sometimes you’ll get to hop behind the wheel).
- Previous admin experience, ideally involving vehicle deliveries or dealership operations.
