As a key member of our team, you'll play an integral role in ensuring smooth operations by handling a range of essential administrative and financial tasks.

What Your role will look like:

• Processing and allocating receipts with attention to detail
• Communicating with suppliers, customers, and colleagues to ensure efficiency
• Managing payments across multiple currencies
• Assisting with general administrative duties, such as event coordination and team support
• Maintaining a shared inbox and ensuring timely responses
• Contributing to month-end reconciliation tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy, especially with data entry
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work well within a team
• Quick to learn new systems and processes
• Previous experience in accounts and administration is preferred
• Familiarity with Netsuite is a bonus
• Travel industry experience is preferred
