What You Will Be Doing?

Helping customers in-store find the right brace, support, or recovery product through hands-on fittings and tailored recommendations

Delivering outstanding customer support through our ticketing system, live chat, and phone—every interaction counts

Keeping our retail space looking sharp, professional, and always ready to welcome the next customer

Staying on top of inventory—receiving stock, organising displays, and making sure the right products are always on hand

What We're Looking For:

Retail or customer service experience – You’ve worked in a store, clinic, or service-based role and know how to make customers feel heard and supported

Strong communication skills – You’re confident speaking with people from all walks of life, and you know how to explain products clearly and professionally

Independent and proactive mindset – You’re comfortable working autonomously, solving problems on the fly, and staying productive without needing constant direction

Consistent availability – You can commit to a regular part-time schedule (4 Days/per week)

Attention to detail – Whether you’re fitting a brace or managing stock, you take pride in doing things properly and thoroughly

Interest in health, wellness or sport – You’re curious about how the body moves and recovers, and you’re excited to help others feel better

Tech-friendly – Comfortable using Microsoft Office, online ticketing tools, or point-of-sale systems. (Experience with CRMs or Shopify is a plus.)
