Our beautiful Studio Pilates Bellerive is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to join its team on a permanent full-time basis. With the support of a wonderful studio owner and a passionate team of Pilates instructors, this is an incredible opportunity to take our studio to the next level!

THE ROLE

The role of Studio Manager is busy, and it will require you to be organised and think on your feet. Your day-to-day will involve:

● Taking ownership of the overall smooth running, growth, and success of the studio

● Supporting the Sales Team to drive studio sales and increase client retention

● Liaising with the Studio Owner to strategise and implement local area marketing campaigns, ensuring they are achieving the desired results

● Increasing brand awareness within the local community

● Delivering exceptional customer service to new and existing clients

● Performing front-of-house tasks as required

● Managing the studio roster and coordinate a team of instructors & front of house staff

● Being a supportive and passionate leader - always seeking the best out of your team

● Instructing and deliver awesome Pilates classes (once platinum certified)

● Performing payroll, staff onboarding/offboarding, and basic HR tasks

The Ideal candidate for this role will:

● Have previous management experience, ideally managing a fitness studio

● Have a passion for helping people achieve their health goals

● Be a supportive leader and one that encourages team members to perform at their best

● Previous experience working with sales targets and successfully executing both client retention and local area marketing strategies

● Be pro-active and possess superior organisational skills

● Have strong administration and customer service skills

As Studio Manager, you are provided with the opportunity to complete the Platinum Instructor Training and become part of our instructing team as well.
