At Driven Outcomes, we believe learning should be hands-on, energising and unforgettable. We deliver engaging in-school programs under two brands, MiniBOSS and TRIPOD that build teamwork, leadership and real-world skills for primary and secondary students.

As we expand, we’re hiring a dedicated Lead Facilitator & Training Manager to oversee our facilitator team and ensure every session is delivered with energy, excellence and impact.

About the Role

You’ll be the driving force behind our facilitator team — leading 4 full-time and 10 casual staff, ensuring consistency in program delivery, and helping every facilitator grow.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll still be running programs regularly, while also managing inductions, training, and performance support. You’ll play a central role in maintaining quality, strengthening team culture, and championing professional growth.

Your Impact

- Deliver high-energy programs that model best-practice facilitation
- Lead inductions and onboarding for all new facilitators
- Observe, coach and support facilitators in real time
- Plan and lead engaging training sessions and team development
- Build tools and systems that create delivery consistency (manuals, benchmarks, processes)
- Manage rostering, scheduling and facilitator performance feedback
- Foster a connected and high-performing team culture

Who You Are

You’re an experienced facilitator or educator who thrives in dynamic, student-facing environments — and you’re ready to lead.

You have strong leadership instincts, a warm and professional presence, and the ability to lift those around you. You might come from education, youth programs, outdoor ed, or performance — but what unites your experience is energy, engagement, and care.

What You’ll Bring

- 3+ years experience in facilitation, education or youth program delivery
- Experience leading teams or mentoring others in a delivery setting
- Strong communication, time management, and people leadership skills
- Confidence in delivering to large student groups (100+)
- A calm, solutions-focused approach to challenges and change
- A Working With Children Check (or ability to obtain one)
