We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Training and Compliance Manager to join our team and lead our compliance efforts while supporting training operations.

About the Role:

As the Training and Compliance Manager, you will play a key leadership role ensuring the college operates within the required legislative and regulatory framework, especially with regards to ASQA, ESOS, CRICOS and RTO standards. This role also involves training oversight, course compliance, policy development, and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance frameworks across all training programs

• Ensure ongoing compliance with RTO, CRICOS, and other relevant legislative requirements

• Prepare for and manage internal and external audits

• Conduct regular internal reviews, risk assessments, and gap analyses

• Oversee training and assessment strategies, validations, and continuous improvement plans

• Monitor trainer qualifications, training materials, and student progress reporting

• Keep up to date with regulatory changes and communicate implications to relevant stakeholders

• Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a compliance/training management role within the education sector (RTO/CRICOS)

• Deep knowledge of the Standards for RTOs 2015, National Code 2018, and other regulatory frameworks

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

• High attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent) – highly regarded

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, or related field – preferred
