A very exciting role for someone to join a higher education company alongside their Business Manager. Their office is growing and is looking for someone with energy and enthusiasm to join to support in an administrative capacity, to contribute to their excellent reputation for delivery.
About the role:
We are looking for a strong Administrator to help with the daily activities of a busy Administration/Research centre. The role will carry a wide range of responsibilities including;
- Administrative tasks
- Closely working with the Manager to support them
- Liaising with the team & wider business
- Organising the office and research activities
This fast-paced role will see you play an integral part in the team as you will be the first point of contact for all Administration/Research. In addition, you will be working closely with the team to support them with coordination and general administration.
Experience:
To be successful in your application, we would like to see some of the following experience;
- Administration/ advisory experience
- Intermediate excel & MS word
- Must have worked within the higher education or equivalent
- Have a customer-centric approach
- Effective communication (both verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and process-oriented.
