The Lifetime Learner Experience (LLE) is recruiting for two Assistant Services Officers to join the Workforce Team on a full-time ongoing basis. About the role The Assistant Services Officer (ASO) is on deployment year-round to various frontline and back-of-house teams within LLE. The ASO is responsible for delivering a quality customer experience by providing timely, accurate and efficient information and assistance to stakeholders, including but not limited to the following responsibilities: • Providing accurate and appropriate responses to high volumes of enquiries in-person, over the phone in a call centre environment and via online portals on behalf of the university • Completing administration activities to support the LLEU teams and procedures of the unit• Assess and process faculty related learner administration correspondence, documentation and requests/applications that fall within the required level of delegation About you You are a self-motivated individual, enjoying a variety of tasks and working with different teams. You will enjoy a role which gives you the opportunities to gain an understanding of all aspects of the learner journey at the university. You also have: • Strong administrative and organisational skills• Proven ability to use required technology (e.g. student system, Microsoft suite) with a high level of accuracy, applying attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot problems for self and others.• Ability to supervise others and lead by example, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to Unit, team, project, stakeholder or customer needs.• Ability to interpret and adhere to relevant university rules, policies and procedures, including supporting others in their application. Remuneration & Benefits Base Salary Range: $76,053 to $81,348 pa (HEW 4) This role attracts 17% superannuation in addition to the base salary. These positions are full-time, and appointment will be made on a continuing basis.
