Erina kindergarten is seeking an experienced Early childhood educators (Diploma or studying towards Diploma in children's services) required for a full-time team leadership positions at Erina kindergarten.
You will be instrumental in leading your team and driving the Erina kindergarten vision. At Erina kindergarten we pride ourselves on ensuring the children, families and educators are recognised and supported through our programs and community engagements.

Holding ACECQA recognised Diploma in children's services and/or actively working towards a recognised diploma, this key role will drive relationship building across the service and support our amazing team of Educators.
Bringing your passion for working with children, you will be pivotal to our success, our programming, our team based culture and achieving a standard of excellence in childcare.
You will work with a team of dedicated managers, educators and assistants to create a stimulating, positive and inclusive environment that reflects the Early years learning framework (EYLF) whilst maintaining the elements of the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Early childhood diploma in children services or working towards your diploma in children's services as recognised by ACEQA
Current working with children check

Current full first aid certification
Current recognised child protection training
Knowledge of regulations, Early Years learning framework and the National Quality Framework
