About the Role

Footsteps by Faith Early Learning is seeking a warm, nurturing, and committed Early Childhood Teacher to join our team in a full-time role, working with our nursery age group (0–2 years).

This is an opportunity for someone who is genuinely passionate about early development and wants to build a long-term career in early childhood education in a values-led, family-oriented centre.

Your Responsibilities

Support and care for babies aged 0–2 years in a safe, loving, and developmentally appropriate environment

Collaborate with a small, caring team to deliver high-quality care and learning experiences

Build respectful, trusting relationships with families

Maintain documentation and programming aligned with EYLF and NQS

Commit to ongoing professional learning and self-development

About You

Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

Passionate about caring for and educating infants

Gentle, consistent, and emotionally responsive to children’s needs

Able to work full-time between the hours of 6:30 am and 6:15 pm, Monday to Friday

Strong team player with excellent communication skills
