Roles Available:
Educational Leader (potential leadership role)
Early Childhood Teacher – 12-month maternity leave cover with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent full-time position
About Us
Pearls of Wisdom Early Learning Centre, located in Stanhope Gardens, is a newly established 62-place early childhood service for children aged 0–6 years. Our mission is to foster curious, confident, and capable learners in a warm, inclusive environment.
Who We’re Looking For
We want passionate, professional Educators who:
Have a strong working knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
Bring a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine love for teaching
Contribute meaningfully to our educational program and daily practices
Communicate clearly and confidently – both written and verbal
Are collaborative team players
Are skilled in observing, evaluating, and documenting children’s learning
Have strong leadership capabilities
Experience as an Assistant Director or 2IC is highly desirable
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
Working With Children Check
CHCPRT001 – Child Protection Certificate
HLTAID004 – First Aid, including Asthma & Anaphylaxis
Food Handling CertificationTo Apply
