The Role:

As a Mortgage Broker with Dashdot Finance, you’ll help property investors scale their portfolios with tailored lending solutions.

With a steady flow of high-quality leads (no cold calling!), your mission is to convert them into settlements through expert guidance and strategic loan structuring.

You’ll work on a variety of lending scenarios including SMSF loans, equity-based lending, and portfolio finance, helping clients secure the best funding for their strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Working with motivated investors looking to expand their portfolios.
• Negotiating optimal loan structures with a focus on wealth-building.
• Collaborating with our property team to align financing with long-term investment goals.
• Leveraging AI-driven insights to streamline decision-making.
• Ensuring compliance with ASIC, NCCP, and industry standards.
• Deliver outstanding client service, focusing on long-term success.

Skills and Qualifications:

• 2+ years of mortgage broking experience (Required)
• Cert IV or Diploma in Mortgage Broking, MFAA/FBAA accreditation – Ready to put your skills to work.
• Results-driven mindset – You thrive on closing deals and hitting targets.
• Strong communicator & negotiator – Build trust fast, secure great outcomes.
