Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Content Creator to join the Amelius team, responsible for developing engaging digital content that showcases our women's fashion collections while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. The ideal candidate will combine creative content production skills with extensive knowledge of women's fashion and our product range.

Key Responsibilities

Create compelling visual and written content for social media, website, email marketing, and other digital platforms

Photograph, style, and edit product imagery for online platforms, showcasing pieces in ways that highlight their unique features

Develop product descriptions that accurately communicate fabric, fit, and styling options

Stay current with Amelius' seasonal collections, understanding the details of fabrics, construction, and design philosophy

Plan and execute content calendars aligned with product launches and marketing campaigns

Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and design teams to ensure brand consistency

Monitor content performance and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and conversion

Support in-store content needs including signage and visual merchandising materials

Required Qualifications

2+ years experience in content creation, preferably in fashion or retail

Demonstrable portfolio of high-quality content production

Thorough understanding of women's apparel including fabrics, silhouettes, and construction details

Proficiency in photo editing and graphic design software

Strong written communication skills with ability to craft compelling product narratives

Experience with social media management and analytics

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Desired Skills & Attributes

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)

Proficiency with Canva and template creation/usage

Experience with Klaviyo email marketing platform for campaign creation and analytics

Knowledge of ClickUp or similar project management tools for content scheduling and workflow management

Knowledge of emerging content trends and best practices in digital marketing

Experience with video production and editing

Understanding of SEO principles and their application to content

Ability to work well under deadline pressure in a fast-paced retail environment

Passion for women's fashion and the Amelius aesthetic

Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
