The design of the Program must also address providing a culturally safe program where self-determination of participants is upheld. Stage Two is the Implementation Stage. This stage will see the designed program being delivered to support men who have used violence to understand the causes of behaviours, understand the impact of violence and to address the problematic behaviours.

Through-out both stages of the Program, the MBCP Coordinator will be required to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with other DFV related services including Legal, Police, Corrections, Child Protection, Drug and Alcohol Services and Health Services.
