About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day financial operations and general office support. You'll work closely with the Directors and wider team, playing a key role in the business’s continued success. This is a permanent, full-time position offering great variety, autonomy, and genuine career growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing, accounts payable (mainly) and accounts receivable
• Bank reconciliations and BAS preparation
• Liaising with external accountants
• General bookkeeping and administrative support
• Opportunity to grow the role as the business expands

What We’re Looking For

• Strong bookkeeping or finance admin experience
• Hands-on, proactive and detail-oriented
• Experience with Xero or similar software
• Property/real estate background highly regarded but not essential
