An exciting opportunity presents for an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper / Accounts Officer to join their close knit team on a permanent basis.

Position Description
With team fit and culture a priority, the business is seeking an experienced and motivated Bookkeeper to join their team on a full time basis. You will be responsible for but not limited to the following duties:

• Payroll for 300+ employees
• Payment of superannuation and tax
• Processing new starters, terminations and payroll adjustments
• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Month end reporting
• Develop and foster positive relationships with internal and external customers
• Complete various reporting duties
• Provide support to the wider finance team where required

Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience in a similar all round accounts position with end to end payroll experience
• Strong technical knowledge with a passion for understanding core financial principals and delivering a high quality of service
• Ability to confidently work autonomously, as well as act as a team player to operate collaboratively
• Honest, reliable and dedicated worker
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Superior attention to detail and ability to multi-task
