About the role

Simons Pharmacy seeks a part-time Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Randwick, NSW. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will support our pharmacy's customer-focused operations. Your primary responsibilities will be to help our pharmacists and provide exceptional service to our customers.

What you'll be doing

Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing information on medication use and health-related matters

Maintaining inventory levels, restocking shelves, and ensuring the pharmacy is well-organised and presentable

Handling cash and card transactions, as well as processing customer orders and returns

Providing administrative support to the pharmacy team, such as data entry and record-keeping

Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and quality standards within the pharmacy

Dispensing medications (training provided)

What we're looking for

A passion for customer service and a genuine interest in the healthcare

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide friendly and informative assistance to customers

Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Familiarity with retail or customer service experience, preferably in a pharmacy or healthcare setting
