Responsibilities:

Assist pharmacists with daily tasks such as serving customers and maintaining inventory.

Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to patients, answering inquiries and offering assistance as needed.

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including the pharmacy counter and storage areas.

Support pharmacy initiatives and promotions to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Pharmacy assistant certification is a plus but not required.

Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with pharmacy software systems preferred.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
