About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our dynamic team at Peter Kolb Pharmacy Pty Ltd working between our two stores Forest Lake Discount Drug Store, QLD 4078 and Middle Park Amcal Pharmacy, QLD 4074. This part-time position of approximately 35 hours per week will see you play a vital role in supporting the efficient and customer-focused operations of our community pharmacies.

What you'll be doing

Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their pharmacy needs

Maintaining accurate records and stock levels of pharmaceutical products

Undertaking administrative tasks such as data entry and filing

Ensuring the pharmacy environment is clean, organised and well-presented

Supporting the pharmacist in any other duties as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or similar customer service role within the healthcare industry essential

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide exceptional customer service

A genuine interest in the pharmaceutical industry and a commitment to patient care

The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
