We specialises in ‘time critical’ plumbing solutions for the domestic and commercial customers. We're now seeking a commercially astute Assistant Accountant as part of our growth and diverse market adoption.

The Role

• Management of Accounts Receivable for all sites, including invoicing, payment tracking, debt collection, payment processing, reconciliation and daily AR reporting.
• Cash handling include banking
• Assist in preparing commission-based payroll in timely and accurate manner.
• Assist with managing creditors accounts, asset register and company insurances
• Assist with Bank Reconciliation and General Ledger reconciliation
• Assist with preparing Financial Reports for all companies
• Adhoc duties including filing and data entry

Skills & Experience

• Tertiary accounting education
• Experience in Accounts Receivable
• Effective communicator, both verbal and written
• Able to work efficiently; independently & in a team
• Well organised, with the ability to multitask
• Attention to detail
• Competent in Microsoft Programs, in particular Excel
• Strong analytical & planning skills
• Experience with Xero and Service M8 advantageous
