🔧 Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations including food preparation, delivery scheduling, and quality control

Lead, train, and motivate a team to meet performance and customer satisfaction targets

Ensure compliance with Domino’s Australia standards and food safety regulations

Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting to ensure cost control and stock availability

Analyse sales trends and implement strategies to boost performance

Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and store presentation

✅ Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hospitality, quick service, or retail management

Leadership skills and ability to manage staff across various shifts

Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and customer service

A Diploma or higher qualification in Business, Retail, or Hospitality Management is preferred

Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
