Mid Valley Lotto, operated by Sona Jewels PTY LTD, is a well-established retailer of lottery and gift products in the heart of Morwell. We are looking for an experienced and proactive Full-Time Retail Store Manager to lead our friendly team and manage daily store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store performance.

Deliver exceptional customer service and promote store products, including Lotto and gifts.

Implement sales strategies and in-store promotions to meet sales targets.

Manage purchasing activities and ensure a well-stocked, appealing store.

Maintain sales records and support basic budgeting tasks.

Supervise and train staff to maintain high standards.

Ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

Requirements:

Retail management or supervisory experience preferred (lottery or gift store experience is a plus).

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Familiarity with POS systems and basic record-keeping.

Availability to work full time, including weekends.

Must be eligible for or already hold TattsLotto training.
