We're on the hunt for a friendly and organised Restaurant Manager join our team and help make our guests' special days even more amazing.

Job tasks and responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

Ensure customer satisfaction & experience

Ensure the profitable and safe operation of the restaurant

Work together with our kitchen staff to help create innovative menus that will work well within our restaurant

Having consideration for our budgets/targets

Being responsible for the purchase of required items

Being responsible for the planning and smooth running of events and functions

Carefully monitor our stock levels and maintain detailed records of stock movement

Account for all financial transactions and reconcile figures daily

Always ensure that health and safety regulations are met

Being responsible for the restaurant's overall appearance and also functionality

Creating a personal rapport with our customers and strive to exceed their expectations

Selecting and training new staff

Managing and supervising floor and kitchen staff to ensure our service is always as desired

Liaising with management and the head chef to develop function menus

Work closely with the kitchen team to create bespoke menus that complement each event.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any client concerns or requests promptly and effectively.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and team members.

Assist in restaurant bookings and enquiries.

Skills and experience

Previous 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a fine dining.

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Creative flair with an eye for detail.

Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative

Ability to work within a team and autonomously

Be able to work in a busy restaurant always delivering top-notch service
