About the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission)
People with disability are supported in their everyday lives though NDIS supports and services. The NDIS Commission regulates NDIS services and supports with nationally consistent systems, protections and education.
We work with NDIS participants, service providers, workers and the community to make sure participants have choice, control and dignity when they access high-quality supports and services in safe environments.
About the Complaints and Incidents Branch
The Complaints and Incidents Branch delivers best practice approaches to complaints and incidents management in line with the Enterprise Prioritisation Model (EPM). We uphold the rights of participants, elevate quality and safety, and enable consumer independence. Our primary goal is to provide a trusted place for participants and their supporters to raise concerns about the NDIS scheme or their providers, with confidence that their concerns will be addressed.
An exciting new role awaits
The NDIS Commission is undergoing a period of exciting transformation. If you are forward thinking, self-motivated, resilient, and adept at building relationships in a complex and fast paced environment, we welcome you to explore the NDIS Commission as your next challenge. This process may be used to fill positions across the Complaints and Incidents Branch.
Regulatory professionals undertake an assessment of matters in line with agreed processes. They also use decision making capability and work within a defined regulatory framework aligned to the Enterprise Prioritisation Model (EPM).
As a Regulatory Officer you will undertake assessment of matters applying the NDIS Commission’s risk prioritisation criteria, setting out how the NDIS Commission assesses and applies a risk proportionate regulatory response.
