Our client is a franchise group located in the heart of Parramatta, this agency is run by one of the most successful yet professional principles in the area with a long-standing reputation for delivering results.
This is a team of experts comprised of members of the Real Estate Institute of NSW and REB top performers. A sales team of 10 agents will set up a number of market appraisals and filter through hot leads from their personal databases. You will develop and progress alongside the sales team to consistently achieve your key performance indicators (KPIs).

Day to Day duties:
- Manage New Business inquiries through business & internal referrals
- Work closely with the Sales Agents & Property Managers to optimize their databases & rent roll
- Cultivate & hunt down fresh new business leads
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Offer professional advice to clients
- Market appraisals - sometimes with the sales agents
The Candidate:
- A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
- Previous experience in Real Estate sales/business development role
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Have great attention to detail and take pride in what you do
- Excellent time management skills
- Be a strong team player
