What You’ll Be Doing
As a Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating lift installations across multiple job sites. You’ll liaise with clients, builders, technicians, and internal teams to ensure timely, safe, and successful project delivery.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing and submitting documentation to builders, homeowners, and key stakeholders
Conducting site visits before, during, and after installation to assess and document progress
Coordinating with builders to ensure compliance with pre-installation requirements
Updating CRM systems with site data, notes, and photos
Installing site signage ("fence boards") as required
Reporting to the Senior Project Manager on job status and readiness
Assisting with onsite issues and supporting field and office staff as needed
Managing relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
Organising deliveries, tools, and outsourced equipment
Preparing and maintaining installation packs (SWMS/JSA, permits, insurance, safety plans)
Handover of completed projects to end users and capturing details for maintenance agreements
Ensuring OH&S standards and site compliance
Assisting in social media documentation by taking site photos
Supporting a quality-first culture across all teams
What You Bring to the Table
We're looking for someone hands-on, confident on-site, and capable of keeping projects moving while maintaining strong communication with all involved parties.
Ideal Qualifications:
Certificate IV or Diploma in Project Management, Business Admin, Construction Management or related field
First Aid certificate (preferred)
Full Australian manual driver’s licence
Desired Experience:
1+ year of on-site construction or project coordination experience
Key Skills:
Solid knowledge of building practices and materials
Able to read and interpret lift and building plans
Competent using Microsoft Office and cloud-based CRM tools
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Awareness of OH&S and site safety procedures
Comfortable using basic tools (tape measure, plumb bob, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and documentation
