Position description
Cross Care Group (CCG) is expanding into Brisbane’s northern growth corridor and is looking for compassionate, clinically sharp Enrolled Nurses (ENs) to deliver “hospital-to-home” care for clients living in and around Griffin, North Lakes and Bald Hills.
You’ll provide person-centred nursing in the community—everything from chronic-disease management and medication administration to complex tracheostomy, enteral-feeding and behaviour-support programs—so that people with significant disability or health needs can thrive in their own homes and neighbourhoods.
Location: Griffin, North Lakes, Bald Hills & surrounding suburbs, QLD
Training: Paid induction, buddy shifts
Start date: Immediate once onboarding checks clear

The role – what a typical week looks like
Medication management, wound care, catheter & stoma maintenance
High-intensity supports: tracheostomy, PEG/JEJ feeds, seizure protocols
Behaviour-support strategies in partnership with OTs & behaviour specialists
Collaborative care planning and case conferences with RNs & allied health
Community participation: hydrotherapy, social outings, rehabilitation sessions
Accurate documentation on mobile platforms; incident reporting
Mentoring support workers on safe clinical practice
What you’ll bring
Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA Enrolled Nurse registration
Current First Aid & CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, QLD Blue Card
Open driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle
Competence with—or willingness to quickly master—tracheostomy, enteral feeding and complex manual-handling techniques (full training provided)
Tech confidence (shift notes & e-learning on your phone)
