About the role

At Ease Community Nursing is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our growing team, providing high-quality healthcare to the Townsville community. This is a part-time role that will require some early starts and weekend work and involves providing nursing support to clients in their own homes and within the local community.

What you'll be doing

Delivering nursing care and support to clients of all ages.

Assisting with a range of nursing duties such as administering medication, monitoring vital signs, wound care and providing personal care in some instances

Liaising with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care

Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation

Adhering to all relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures

Contributing to the overall improvement and development of At Ease Community Nursing services

What we're looking for

Current Enrolled Nurse qualifications and current AHPRA registration with strong organisational skills and attention to detail

12 months experience as an Enrolled Nurse in community nursing or another role and wound care and experience in mental health will be considered favourably.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families

Willingness to work flexibly, including weekends
