About the role

Raceview Enterprises Pty Ltd' is seeking a talented and experienced Chef-Cook to join our team at Chai House Cafe in Silkstone, QLD 4304. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a wide range of delicious meals for our customers. What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a variety of hot and cold dishes to our high standards

Ensuring all food preparation and cooking is carried out in a safe and hygienic manner

Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment

Collaborating with the wider team to deliver excellent customer service

Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

Continuously looking for ways to improve kitchen processes and efficiencies

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Chef-Cook, preferably within the hospitality industry

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

Excellent time management and organisational skills

A passion for creating delicious, high-quality meals

Good communication and teamwork skills

Relevant food safety and hygiene qualifications
