Experienced Chef required for ROCKFARM HOLDING PTY LTD trading as SAVEUR, a well-established French European Cuisine, located in Roseville, NSW 2069. Working hours Fulltime (38 hours) per week. A passion for cooking, excellent culinary skills, knowledge in French & Modern Australian Cuisine and respect for work ethics are essential to this fast-paced environment.

Requirements

Ø Preparing and cooking food

Ø Planning menu items

Ø Estimate food and labour costs, and ordering food supplies

Ø Ensure quality and presentation of all foods

Ø Training and developing kitchen staff

Ø Receiving & storing food stocks, kitchen supplies and equipment

Ø Advising on cooking procedures and demonstrating techniques

Ø Discussing food preparation issues with senior management

Ø Implementing systems & procedures

Ø Implement, explain and enforcing hygiene regulations & secure workplace

Ø Select and train staff

Ø Freeze and preserve foods

Qualifications and Experience

- Must have AQF Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery and Diploma of Hospitality Management

- Must have experience worked as Chef for more than 1 years
