About the Role

As Duty Manager, you'll be right in the thick of it - leading shifts, managing staff, and ensuring smooth service across the bar, floor, and gaming room. You'll report to the Venue Manager and play a key role in driving team performance and guest satisfaction.

Your Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a fast-paced pub or hotel

Current RSA & RSG (RMLV is a bonus!)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Confident with opening, closing & running the floor

A calm, solutions-focused attitude with a sense of humour
