Position Vacant – Full Time Duty Manager

About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join the Deniliquin RSL Club Ltd as a Duty Manager. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the club, ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with all relevant regulations.

The position is based in Deniliquin, NSW 2710.

What you'll be doing:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the club, including managing staff, coordinating events, and resolving customer inquiries and concerns.

• Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies; • Providing leadership and support to the club's team of hospitality professionals.

• Fostering a positive and customer-focused work environment.

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the hospitality industry.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Thorough understanding of hospitality operations, including inventory management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.

• Passion for providing outstanding customer service and creating a welcoming environment.

• Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
