The position - Chefs Full Time

Your responsibilities as a Chef will include but not be limited to:

Daily preparation for kitchen service

Collaborate on menu development, bringing fresh ideas and innovative takes on traditional dishes.

Maintain standards for food storage, rotation, quality, and appearance

Ensure compliance with NSW food safety regulations

Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

Requirements:

Hold relevant level of trade qualification for Chefs

Have a minimum of 1 year of chef experience (required)

A passion for quality food and customer service

Knowledge of Malaysian cuisine would be beneficial but not a must

Knowledge of food service and preparation

Experience in commercial kitchen environment

Able to work unsupervised

Understanding of OH&S and food safety practices

Basic knife skills

Exceptional personal presentation & "can do" attitude
