About us:
Our client Imperial spice( Shellharbour) is a Indian fine dining restaurant, known for its excellent food and service . We are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and are looking for a talented and driven Chef to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and develop innovative, seasonal menus

Oversee all kitchen operations, including food prep, cooking, and presentation

Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness

Train, supervise, and inspire kitchen staff

Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control

Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations

Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced kitchen

Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred

Strong leadership and organizational skills

Deep understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and cuisines

Ability to work under pressure and maintain composure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
