About the role

We are seeking a Casual or Part-Time Support Worker to join the passionate team at EquipMe Pty Ltd in the Perth Metro area, Western Australia. This is a flexible, casual or part time position supporting individuals with disability needs in the local community. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life, with a strong focus on community engagement.

What you'll be doing

Providing respectful personal care and support to clients in their homes or the community

Assisting with daily living activities such as light housekeeping, being involved in physical exercise and client transportation

Engaging clients in meaningful activities and outings to promote social inclusion

Collaborating with other care professionals by request

Documenting client progress notes via the TeamUp app

Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols

What we're looking for

A genuine passion for supporting people in the community

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently

Empathy, patience, and a caring approach

Current First Aid certification and National Police Clearance, Working with Children Check, Drivers License, suitable (registered) vehicle, NDIS clearance
