About the Roles:

As a Domestic Lifestyle Support Worker, you will assist clients who are elderly and/or living with a disability by helping them maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment. Your tasks will focus on domestic duties such as cleaning and home upkeep. These services are primarily delivered by two team members in a Liberty vehicle, however there are occasions when you may need to work independently and/or use your own vehicle.

As a Lifestyle Support Worker, you will provide additional support with personal care, social support, in-home respite, and domestic assistance, helping clients maintain their independence.

Pay rates starting from $39.51 to $40.90 per hour.

Successful Applicants Will:

• Be positive, proactive, and bring a vibrant, can-do attitude.
• Hold a First Aid/CPR certificate and NDIS Worker Clearance (or be willing to obtain).
• Own a smartphone compatible with third-party apps.
• Be competent in basic computing tasks such as email access and online meetings.

• Maintain the physical capacity to complete domestic duties.
• Cleaning experience is beneficial, though not essential.
• Transport provided and maintained by the organisation, however there may be occasions that require using your own vehicle.

• Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Disability Support.
• Have experience providing in-home care and support.
• Hold a current unrestricted driver’s license and use your own vehicle to travel to client locations.
• Be capable of providing personal care and support for mobility and transfers.
